Originally founded in 1999 as AMTEK Consulting, a single proprietorship, SMS Corp. was incorporated on 1 July 2020 in response to the growing demand for more diverse, high-quality maritime solutions, streamlined for excellence, efficiency, and reliability.

SMS Corp. is an independent, non-exclusive consultancy providing tailored solutions for ship managers and marine terminal operators across maritime safety, security, occupational health, and environmental protection.
